Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Large Animal Veterinarian to join our team at Salmon Brook Veterinary Hospital. As a key member of our mixed animal practice, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our equine, bovine, and small ruminant patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert medical care to large animals, including equine, bovine, and small ruminants
  • Conduct routine check-ups, vaccinations, and dental care
  • Diagnose and treat medical conditions, including lameness and other health issues
  • Perform surgical procedures, including ultrasound and endoscopy
  • Collaborate with our team of veterinarians and support staff to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in large animal medicine
  • Strong knowledge of equine, bovine, and small ruminant health and wellness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
