Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, intervene, evaluate, and document patient treatment plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide education to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Qualifications
  • Current California RN license required.
  • Current BCLS (CPR) certification through the American Heart Association.
