Optical Supervisor

Warby Parker is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Optical Supervisor to join our team. As an Optical Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our optical team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and care.

• Lead and manage the optical team to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality workmanship.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve optical sales and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with store management to achieve business objectives and goals.
• Provide training and coaching to optical team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including optical standards and regulations.

• 2+ years of experience as a licensed dispensing optician or in a supervisory role in the optical industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, team members, and management.
• Knowledge of optical standards, regulations, and industry trends.
