Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Lot Attendant to oversee the organization and management of vehicles within our premises. In this position, you will be responsible for maneuvering and parking vehicles on our lot, ensuring a systematic arrangement that enhances the overall appearance of the area.

To excel as an Automotive Lot Attendant, you should demonstrate proficient driving abilities and possess experience in customer service within an automotive environment. A reliable Automotive Lot Attendant is someone who can be trusted with valuable assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transporting vehicles between the dealership's display area, service center, storage location, and customer pick-up zones.
  • Operating and managing all vehicles with care to prevent damage and safeguard dealership assets.
  • Maintaining an accurate inventory of all vehicles on the lot.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness of both the interiors and exteriors of vehicles in our care.
  • Assisting in maintaining a tidy and orderly lot at all times.
  • Occasionally driving off-site to complete dealership-related tasks as needed.
  • Carrying out basic maintenance duties, such as battery changes and refueling vehicles.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a lot attendant or in a similar role.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is a plus.
  • Ability to take responsibility for the valuable property of clients and the dealership.
  • Willingness to learn and perform a variety of assigned tasks.
  • Capability to accurately document vehicle movements and conditions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
