- Develop and Implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs): Create and implement tailored IEPs that cater to each student's unique needs and abilities.
- Design and Deliver Engaging Instruction: Plan and deliver effective instruction in self-contained or resource classroom settings, utilizing a variety of instructional strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
- Foster a Supportive Classroom Environment: Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student success, fosters social skills, and encourages active participation.
