As an Arena Usher, you will be responsible for assisting guests at entertainment events by collecting admission tickets/passes, distributing programs, and answering questions about the facility and its offerings. You will work closely with other staff members to ensure that every event runs smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have six months of experience as an usher in a comparable venue and be able to stand and walk for extended periods. You will also need to be able to quickly read and interpret information printed on event tickets and assist guests in wheelchairs.
