We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive and upbeat personality, be energetic and take initiative, with a commitment to the needs of the clinic. They will be punctual, willing to teach others and share ideas, and open to diversity and adaptability to change.

Requirements:

  • Excellent client service skills
  • Excellent phone skills

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to take direction and handle money accurately and honestly

Duties:

  • Client service
  • Answer phone calls

  • Maintenance/housekeeping
  • Financial responsibilities

Education and Physical Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must have experience working in the public (e.g. restaurant, retail, or service business)
  • Experience in a veterinary hospital or doctor's office is a plus
  • Dependable attendance is required
  • Must be able to lift 40 pounds
  • The ability to walk, bend, squat, stand, or reach constantly during a minimum 8-hour day
