About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at Brookdale Senior Living. As a key member of our community operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of maintenance staff to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of buildings, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets to ensure the long-term sustainability of our facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various locations as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
