Position: Culinary Specialist

Sample Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM or 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Eagle Crest Communities is looking for a skilled Culinary Specialist to enhance our culinary team at the Eagle Crest North facility. The kitchen serves meals for residents in memory care, assisted living, and independent living. Key responsibilities include delivering a high-quality dining experience, preparing meals tailored to resident preferences, and maintaining precise meal documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Previous cooking experience preferred
  • Positive demeanor with a focus on customer service
  • Valid driver's license for applicable positions
Compensation:
  • Starting pay ranges from $18.50 to $20.50 per hour, depending on role, experience, and qualifications
  • Performance-based wage review after 100 days
