Job Description:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Directing projects and leading a team in the development of plans and specifications for commercial, mixed-use, multi-family, residential, and other types of projects.
  • Performing drainage design and ICPR modeling.
  • Obtaining permits through local and state regulatory agencies.
  • Serving as a point of contact for clients.
  • Managing project management, reporting, and client invoicing.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer in Florida.
  • At least 10 years of related experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including hydrology and hydraulic modeling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in land/site development design and project management.
  • Local design and permitting experience.
  • Experience working on residential, commercial, mixed-use, multi-family projects.
  • Experience working with municipal/government agencies is a plus.
