  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the nursery while ensuring plants are adequately watered.
  • Collaborate with team members, including sales staff, cashiers, and loaders, to deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A positive and respectful attitude with a proactive approach.
  • Familiarity with horticultural products and gardening practices.
  • Capability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
  • Physical stamina to stand and remain active for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift and transport plants as needed.
  • A degree in horticulture, landscape design, business management, communications, hospitality, or a related field is advantageous.

Availability for evening and weekend shifts is essential.
