Drive for Success with Roehl Transport

As a Lead Van OTR Fleet Driver with Roehl Transport, you'll be responsible for hauling no-touch freight across 48 states and Canada. You'll have the opportunity to experience the nation's diverse shippers and locations while earning our Dynamic Pay Plan, which rewards time and performance.

You'll discover additional income opportunities by becoming a Driver Trainer or referring other drivers to Roehl. Our extensive network includes major terminals, drop yards, and offices in various locations. We offer services that many companies overlook, ensuring your success on the road.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Lead Van OTR Fleet Driver, you'll need:

  • A valid CDL license
  • At least 1 year of experience as a professional truck driver
  • A clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
