We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist II to join our team at Freeport-McMoRan Inc. This role will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our computing and communication environment, including desktop, servers, network infrastructure, wireless, voice and data communication systems.

• Technical Support: Provide field technical support to end users and operational systems, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Infrastructure Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as setting up, delivering, and installing personal computers, telephone, network, and peripheral equipment, as well as configuring, installing, troubleshooting, and monitoring communications devices.
• Server Management: Assist in the management of site's servers and process control infrastructure, including site virtual/physical servers and storage devices.
• Project Execution: Assist in the execution of projects related to MIS and process infrastructure.
• Safety and Compliance: Actively participate in Safety and Environmental programs, ensure MIS policy compliance, and site operational goals.

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Four (4) years of experience in computer/electronic systems hardware/software troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair, and one (1) Technical Certification in a discipline relevant to the role, or six (6) years of experience in computer/electronic systems hardware/software troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
• Skills: Ability to understand and apply verbal and written work and safety-related instructions and procedures given in English, ability to communicate in English with respect to job assignments, job procedures, and applicable safety standards, and ability to work in a potentially stressful environment.

The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $29.00-$39.50. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits, or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors.
