Temple University Health System is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Staff Nurse in the Psychiatric Crisis Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, implement, and evaluate patient care plans under the direction of a licensed physician.
- Utilize the nursing process to individualize patient care and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Direct nursing support staff in the provision of patient care, adhering to standards of nursing practice, administrative policies, and departmental procedures.
- Participate in professional development and continuing education to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- RN-LIC - PA Registered Nurse License.
- BLS - Basic Life Support.
- 1 year of experience in a clinical specialty (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
