Network & NOC Engineer Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Network & NOC Engineer to join our team at Hamilton Barnes. As a key member of our Network Operations team, you'll be responsible for monitoring network outages, managing customer escalations, and coordinating tickets with Field Technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor network performance and identify potential issues
  • Manage customer outage escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with Field Technicians to resolve network-related issues
  • Configure network equipment for deployments and upgrades
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in a Network Operations/NOC environment
  • Strong knowledge of MikroTik, Cisco, and Juniper routing & switching
  • MTCNA, MTCRE, or equivalent certification
