Area Leader Dryer Department

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the Dryer Department in a high-volume manufacturing environment. As an Area Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring production goals are met, and fostering employee engagement and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with safety programs and OSHA standards within the Dryer Department.
- Lead and train team members on equipment operation, quality standards, and leadership skills.
- Oversee production processes, focusing on improving efficiency and maintaining product quality.
- Set and achieve goals that align with manufacturing operations and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality, HR, and other departments to maintain smooth operations.
- Promote continuous improvement in safety, quality, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership with a servant leadership mindset.
- Experience with lean tools and process improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong understanding of process control and production scheduling.
This role involves sitting for long periods, standing, manual dexterity, stooping, bending, and minimal lifting.
