Stuteville Auto Group is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team. As a Lube and Tire Expert, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing customers' vehicles in a fast-paced environment while adhering to all safety procedures and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed vehicle service reports to ensure accurate documentation of maintenance and repairs.
- Change motor oil, transmission and brake fluid as needed to maintain optimal engine performance.
- Repair, maintain, and install tires, including balancing and rotating to ensure even wear.
- Inspect vehicles for oil leaks and make recommendations for additional servicing.
- Notify the Service Advisor when vehicle maintenance or servicing cannot be completed within scheduled time frames.
- Drive vehicles into and out of the service areas, ensuring safe and efficient movement.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promoting store sales and building customer loyalty.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in automotive maintenance and repair preferred.
- Knowledge of tire sizes and applications is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
