About the Role:

This position offers a unique opportunity to provide personalized, compassionate care in a home-based setting.

As a Full-time Physiatrist, you will be responsible for organizing, developing, and directing physical therapy services in accordance with the standards and practice of physical therapy, state and federal regulations, and Knute Nelson's policies and procedures.

You will assure that the highest degree of quality care, customer service, fiscal responsibility, and regulatory compliance is maintained at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop treatment plans and programs including short-term and long-term goals in accordance with physician orders.
  • Provide quality care that assists clients to meet goals.
  • Client Records and Billing - Provide accurate and timely documentation of services rendered utilizing agency EMR.
  • Complete and document supervisory visits with the PTA and/or HHA per regulations.

Requirements:

Required to have the ability to read, write and speak English well enough to communicate with staff, clients and visitors.

Obtain and interpret subjective and objective data.

Has a strong sense of urgency about solving problems and striving for excellence in performance to company strategies and goals.

Creates a culture that fosters high standards of ethics.
