Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Salon Manager in overseeing daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every client has a positive experience in our salon.
  • Collaborate with the Salon Manager to develop and implement training programs for salon staff, focusing on technical skills, customer service, and sales techniques.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth, and making recommendations to the Salon Manager.
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training new salon staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.

Requirements:

  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities and teams.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire salon staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Technical skills, including proficiency in salon software and point-of-sale systems.
