Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each child
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
  • Provide training and guidance to support staff to ensure high-quality care
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training
Requirements
  • Masters or Doctorate level degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Licensed professional as per state guidelines (if applicable)
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with center-based, early intervention, evidence-based therapy
  • Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education
  • Working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders
