Telehealth RN

• Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, developing care plans, and educating patients on self-care techniques.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless coordination of care and effective communication.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and progress.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

• A current RN license in the state of NC.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in telehealth or home health settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
