Provider Solutions & Development is seeking a dedicated and experienced Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as an Oncology provider integrated within a bustling cancer treatment and infusion center, which also features a research-oriented infusion area.

Your responsibilities will include managing urgent oncology scenarios and delivering real-time education to patients regarding cancer therapies and diagnoses, with the support of physicians. As part of our team, you will also triage patients from Oncology clinics through an Immediate Care Clinic located within the Treatment Center.

Key Highlights of the Position:

  • No on-call duties
  • Opportunity to contribute to the development of a new Immediate Care Oncology clinic model alongside other Advanced Practice Clinicians
  • Flexible 4-day work week with rotating weekend coverage, promoting an excellent work/life balance
  • Function autonomously as an extension of the treating physician
  • Preferred experience of 2 to 5 years in a similar role
  • Competitive compensation ranging from $125,999 to $162,872 annually
  • Compensation may include productivity or quality/service incentives, as well as potential CME benefits.
