Job Description

School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team as a full-time school-based SLP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and experience working with children.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
  • Develop tailored therapy plans that cater to each student's unique needs and goals.
  • Provide individualized and group therapy services, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote effective communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Prior experience working with children is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Soliant offers a competitive benefits package, including 401(k) and comprehensive health insurance.
