Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Electrical Technician to join our team at Patterns LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing medium to high-level machine systems troubleshooting and repair, and providing technical support for all phases of our operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform electrical systems troubleshooting and repair, including AC/DC circuits and industrial electrical systems.
  • Ensure electrical safety and compliance with lockout/tagout processes and procedures.
  • Operate and maintain PLC systems, microcomputers, and control and chart recorders.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic components and systems.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve equipment efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborate with engineers to design and specify mechanical/electrical/fluid power systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of equipment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Minimum of 5 years of related maintenance experience, with a strong background in electrical/electronic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and work in a cold, wet, and humid environment
Working Conditions

This is an onsite role, and the applicant must be willing to commute to our Philadelphia Cooked Plant, located in Philadelphia, PA.
