Imaging Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Imaging Specialist to join our team at Access Information Management Shared Services LLC. As an Imaging Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experience to our clients by preparing, indexing, and scanning client documents.

• Prepare and scan client documents according to specific client requests
• Index and upload documents on a third-party software
• Perform quality checks on scanned documents and detect image errors
• Conduct manual data entry for validation and verification

• At least 1 year of experience in a service industry
• Physical ability to lift boxes and materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Pass a pre-employment substance abuse screening, background check, and DOT physical
