Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to clients regarding claims related to slip and fall incidents, construction mishaps, and motor vehicle accidents.
  • Conduct comprehensive investigations to evaluate and strengthen cases.
  • Engage with clients, witnesses, and experts to manage the litigation process from start to finish.
  • Draft essential legal documents, including complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery materials.
  • Advocate for clients during negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure effective case management.
  • Remain informed about the latest developments in personal injury law and related legal matters.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
  • Active license to practice law in New York State.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury law.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and resilience in managing complex legal cases.

Compensation:

Annual salary range of $100,000 to $175,000, plus performance-based bonuses. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), health savings account, paid time off, referral program, dental insurance, and vision insurance. Opportunities for commissions as you advance within the firm.
