Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Float Critical Care Departments. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care in a dynamic healthcare setting, ensuring the best outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
  • Develop and oversee patient care plans, ensuring they are implemented effectively.
  • Continuously monitor and document patient conditions, communicating any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Act as a liaison among various healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Execute physician and nursing orders promptly and accurately.
  • Evaluate and address the care needs of patients in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Qualifications

Licensure and Certification:

  • Current Registered Nurse license required.
  • BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
  • Additional certifications such as Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Advanced Life Support are preferred.

Education:

  • Must possess a diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent professional licensure.
