Seeking a dedicated and experienced Educational Consultant to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with special education teachers in the Windham area to provide exceptional support and resources.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $65,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a weekly paycheck, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical coverage, vision and dental, and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions.

Job Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing individualized behavior plans and life skills programs for students with special needs
  • Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Providing training and professional development opportunities for staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge in special education
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as special education or a related field
  • Active New Hampshire Special Education Teacher licensure
  • Prior experience working with students with special needs and developing behavior plans and life skills programs
  • A strong understanding of special education laws and regulations, including the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA)
