Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Fred Meyer. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy team to deliver exceptional customer service, manage pharmacy operations, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacists, technicians, and support staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient pharmacy operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase sales.
  • Manage pharmacy inventory, ordering, and stock levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Monitor and analyze pharmacy performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with other department managers to promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, OSHA, and state and federal laws.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable about products, services, and company policies.
  • Manage pharmacy budgets, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve pharmacy operations, including process improvements and technology upgrades.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in retail pharmacy management, including leadership and staff management.
  • Strong business acumen, including financial management, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
