Job Description

This role is responsible for cutting and wrapping meat products according to established standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also be expected to maintain a positive attitude, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure a clean and safe working area.

Responsibilities:
  • Be a Team Member: Collaborate with other associates to build a strong meat team; communicate effectively; and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
  • Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of business operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
  • Be an Owner: Ensure commitment to operational excellence, maintain work area quality, and secure merchandise.
  • Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high-quality service and products, execute basics at highest level, and exhibit energy and passion for the work.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
