About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Mechanic to join our team at ATP Flight School. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance on our fleet of piston flight training aircraft.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough troubleshooting and maintenance of aircraft systems, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and manufacturer instructions.
  • Accurately document and record all maintenance activities, including logbook entries and computerized records.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
  • At least 2 years of experience in piston-powered aircraft maintenance
  • Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations and manufacturer manuals
  • FAA Inspection Authorization
  • Private pilot's license
  • Avionics troubleshooting experience with Garmin integrated avionics
