Electrical EIT/Coordinator Job Description

As an Electrical EIT/Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from electrical design to project management. You'll be responsible for conducting analyses, developing design options, and assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and specifications.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an Electrical emphasis. You'll also have a strong desire to pursue growth opportunities and obtain registration as a Professional Engineer.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analyses to develop electrical design options or recommendations
  • Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and specifications
  • Perform electrical engineering assignments with instruction from the Project Engineer
  • Work on small projects or assist more-senior engineers on larger projects
  • Perform other engineering duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an Electrical emphasis
  • Strong computer skills using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, Revit, SKM, AGI, and EasyPower
  • Desire to pursue growth opportunities and obtain registration as a Professional Engineer
  • Strong attitude and commitment to being an active participant in our employee-owned culture
