About the Role

MasTec Services Group is seeking an experienced Aerial Lineworker to join our team. As an Aerial Lineworker, you will play a critical role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of overhead electrical and telecommunications infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Climb poles and use bucket trucks to perform installation, relocation, and maintenance of aerial plants
  • Read and understand schematics and construction prints
  • Troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field
Requirements
  • Experience as a Lineman with extensive knowledge of all equipment needed for aerial work
  • Ability to work in a bucket truck and climb poles
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to work
  • High level of quality in completing work
