- Carry out tasks specified on the service order efficiently and according to dealership standards.
- Conduct test drives and assess components and systems using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers about any additional service needs and provide estimates for repair times.
- Perform warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to learn new technologies, repair and service procedures, and operate electronic diagnostic tools.
