Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heating and cooling systems for Twin Cities homeowners.
  • Present tailored solutions to homeowners to enhance their total home comfort experience.
  • Maintain a sharp, professional image that reflects Genz Ryan's high standards.
  • Take care of your company-issued vehicle, ensuring it's always stocked, clean, and ready to roll.
  • Perform quality walks to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle miscellaneous tasks with ease.
Requirements
  • Has experience working on residential HVAC systems (1+ years preferred).
  • Experience working on boiler systems is a plus.
  • Holds a valid driver's license.
  • Is at least 18 years of age.
  • Brings a positive, 'can-do' attitude to every job.

  • Can communicate clearly and effectively with the team and customers.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000-$250,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth and development.
