Position Overview

ALUR, a leader in mobile beauty solutions, is actively searching for talented and enthusiastic Mobile Hair Stylists to provide exceptional hair services to clients at their preferred locations. As a Mobile Hair Stylist with ALUR, you will have the chance to deliver top-notch hair styling experiences directly to clients, whether at home or in their workplace.

Compensation: Enjoy a competitive 70% commission, with earnings ranging from $63.00 to $250.00+ per appointment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a wide range of high-quality hair services, including cuts, coloring, blowouts, and updos.
  • Travel to various client locations to perform hair styling services.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout all services.
  • Provide personalized consultations to grasp clients' hair preferences and styling requirements.
  • Effectively manage appointments and maintain clear communication with clients.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Possesses a valid state cosmetology license as a Certified Hair Stylist.
  • Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in professional hair styling.
  • Exhibits outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Capable of traveling within the designated service area.
  • Offers flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
  • Equipped with a professional-grade hair styling kit and portable tools.
Work Schedule:
  • Flexible: You determine your own schedule.
  • Availability for weekends and evenings may be necessary based on client needs.

Requirements:
  • A valid Hair Stylist's or Cosmetology license.

  • Successful completion of a criminal background check.
