We have an immediate opening for a top-tier Automotive Service Specialist in our reputable automotive repair franchise. Our state-of-the-art facility is fully equipped, and we are keen to bring on a technician with a solid background in heavy line work, timing belt/chain replacements, transmission repairs, suspension systems, brake services, and air conditioning, along with proficiency in electrical diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on diagnosis and repairs.
  • Support fellow mechanics in their tasks as needed.
  • Diagnose and service complex vehicle issues.
  • Educate and mentor other technicians to enhance their skills.
  • Conduct test drives with and without customers to assess vehicle concerns.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and punctually.
  • Commit to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Order necessary parts for approved repairs from suppliers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workshop.
  • Contribute to a safe working environment.
  • Present a professional appearance at all times.
  • Continuously develop new skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in the recruitment of new technicians.
  • Ensure vehicles leave the shop in pristine condition.
We prioritize proper repairs on the first attempt, as customer satisfaction and loyalty are paramount.

Your Mechanical Duties May Include:
  • Oil changes
  • Transmission services
  • Tire rotations
  • Tune-ups
  • Valve adjustments
  • Battery and alternator replacements
  • A/C servicing
  • Cooling system maintenance
  • Wiper blade replacements
  • Brake repairs
  • Electrical repairs
  • Computer diagnostics
  • Gasket and seal replacements

Job Type: Full-time

Required Experience:
  • L1 or multiple certifications: 5 years
  • Preferred experience with European vehicles
  • Preferred experience with diesel engines
Required Licenses or Certifications:
  • Driver's License
  • ASE Certification
