We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Highmarkres. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our apartment communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean vacant apartments for resident move-ins, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Clean and maintain the community office, club area, laundry facilities, and storage areas.
  • Trash out vacant apartments as required and assist with market readies as needed.
  • Assist maintenance staff in maintaining a clean and orderly shop.
  • Adhere to company safety policies and rules, wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as directed.
  • Participate in an outgoing community improvement plan and preventive maintenance program.
  • Report any maintenance problems and distribute resident notices as required.
  • Assist with resident functions and maintain a courteous and helpful demeanor with residents, prospective residents, and co-workers.
  • Work overtime, weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
  • Wear company uniform with photo I.D. badge during work hours.
  • May be transferred or assigned to work at another Highmarkres community.
  • Act as a team member with all associates of the management staff.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures as outlined in the Operations Manual.
  • May be required to assist with carpet cleaning.

Requirements

  • Average communication skills to understand and follow directions.
  • Prefer knowledge of cleaning chemical usage.
  • Prompt, on-time attendance and good attendance record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
