  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store environment is clean and organized, adhering to Food Lion's dress code and maintaining a neat and clean appearance.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, using clear and concise language.
Requirements
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Skills: Effective communication and customer service skills, ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job, and ability to perform the technical requirements of cashier and service center.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, frequently walk short distances, and perform repetitive hand and arm motions.
Working Conditions

The Customer Service Leader will work in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers, colleagues, and management. The position requires standing for long periods, frequently walking short distances, and performing repetitive hand and arm motions. The ability to work in extreme hot/cold temperatures for up to 20 minutes at a time is also required.
