Job Summary:

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is a leading provider of medical staffing solutions, connecting healthcare professionals with top healthcare facilities nationwide. As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our client's healthcare team.

Responsibilities
  • Operate computed tomography (CT) scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for CT scans, including positioning and immobilizing them as needed
  • Administer contrast media and other medications as ordered by physicians
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to physicians
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and outcomes
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist
  • Certifications: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification and BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in CT scanner operation and patient care
