  • Medical records review and analysis
  • Training and development programs
  • Interpretation of policy and procedure
  • Problem-solving and staff evaluation
  • Medical records reports and accreditation standards adherence

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of health information management principles, and experience in supervising staff.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $52,500 - $73,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. The benefits package includes NYS medical, dental, and vision insurance, access to tuition assistance programs, and opportunities for professional growth.
