- Office 365 Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Office 365 Platform, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Security & Compliance Center, Office ProPlus, and OneDrive for Business.
- Azure Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of Azure Active Directory, Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS), and the Microsoft Identity Platform.
- PowerShell Skills: Advanced PowerShell capabilities for managing both on-premises and Office 365 environments.
- Technical Acumen: Experience with PowerShell, LDAP, Active Directory, Azure, file transfer protocols, APIs, and troubleshooting data flows.
- Monitoring and Support: Familiarity with application monitoring tools and the ability to review log files, along with availability for occasional off-hours emergency support for critical applications.
- Licensing Knowledge: Thorough understanding of Office 365 licensing, features, and policies.
- Future-Oriented: Good grasp of Microsoft O365 roadmaps and future developments in productivity tools to facilitate smooth implementation within a Citrix environment.
- Security Technology: Knowledge of Cloud Access Security Broker technology.
- Scripting Expertise: Proficient in PowerShell scripting within Office 365, Azure AD, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Active Directory Experience: Background in Microsoft Active Directory services, including forest and domain design, policies, topology, replication, and trusts.
- Technical Architecture: Broad knowledge of Office 365 technical architecture and its interdependencies with other enterprise services in the O365/Azure technology stack.
- Solution Development: Progressive experience in developing technical solutions utilizing the O365 Suite of products.
- Identity Management: Experience in designing and implementing Identity and Conditional Access solutions.
- Collaboration Tools: Familiarity with the implementation and configuration of Office 365 messaging and collaboration tools.
- Hybrid Deployments: Experience with on-premises Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and hybrid deployments.
- Advanced Security Functions: Implementation of advanced features within the Office 365 Security and Compliance Center, Microsoft Federation Integration with Office 365, Azure, and Identity Management.
