We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Basketball Coach and Trainer to join our team at Golden Grape Entertainment. As a key member of our Vipers Academy, you will be responsible for instructing participants during structured Academy group training classes, creating basketball training drills, and providing mentorship to our youth program.

• Develop and Implement Training Plans: Create and implement effective training plans to optimize performance and maximize the skills and abilities of our participants.
• Provide Mentorship and Coaching: Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to our participants, teaching them the rules of the game and helping them develop their basketball skills.
• Communicate with Parents and Guardians: Communicate progress and updates to parents and guardians, ensuring they are informed and engaged in their child's development.
• Lead Group Training Sessions: Lead group training sessions, creating a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters growth and development.
• Monitor Progress and Provide Feedback: Monitor participant progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills and achieve their goals.

• Experience in Basketball: A minimum of 2 years of experience playing organized basketball at the high school, college, or professional level.
• Coaching and Training Experience: Proven experience in coaching and training youth basketball players, with a focus on developing their skills and abilities.
• Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire participants to achieve their best.
• Physical Demands: Ability to carry, move, and handle a minimum of 25 pounds, with the ability to move quickly and safely in a fast-paced environment.
