We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Aspirus Rhinelander Hospital in Rhinelander, WI.
Job Summary:The Registered Nurse is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of compassion and excellence.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, identifying and addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient preferences.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of best practices.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience.
- Active Wisconsin RN nursing license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification may be required based on primary department.
- Previous experience in a Med/Surg setting preferred.
