We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Provence at Valencia. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will assume supervisory responsibilities in the absence of the Community Manager, and assist in training and developing the team.

You will review daily rent recommendations, identify opportunities to maximize income, collect current and delinquent rent, and post invoices. Additionally, you will complete or verify completion of accurate and timely weekly reports, review monthly financial reports with the property manager, and assist in completing variance reports.

Required skills and qualifications include related property management experience, ability to pass a fair housing exam, effective communication, basic math skills, knowledge of operations software, and a current driver's license and auto insurance.
