Clinical Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Disability to Work. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine an individual's functional capacity and develop recommendations for service tracks.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough social histories and gather necessary information to inform evaluations.
- Administer psychological evaluations and assessments to determine an individual's cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address identified needs and goals.
- Write comprehensive evaluation reports and social histories, and submit them in a timely manner.
- Provide recommendations for service tracks based on clinical evaluation and interview.
- Three years' experience in conducting medical evaluations resulting in functional capacity outcome determinations.
- Experience in a fast-paced, team environment that is performance driven.
- Experience with publicly funded programs, with TANF experience preferable.
- Fluency in a language other than English a plus.
- Superior time management skills with ability to complete evaluations and written reports within tight time frames.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly with individuals from a wide range of socio-economic backgrounds.
- Ability to maintain and complete clinical documentation consistently.
- NYS Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
Pay range: $110,000 - $115,000.
