Northern Gear and Machining is in search of a skilled CNC Manufacturing Engineer to work alongside a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional results for our clients.

This position entails enhancing programming efficiency, refining current processes, and integrating the latest tooling and fixturing innovations.

We are looking for an individual with a robust background in the programming and setup of milling machines.

Key Responsibilities:


• Program CNC machinery, specifically Mills
• Identify and select appropriate tooling and fixturing for Mills and Grinders
• Manufacture components adhering to specified tolerances and standards.

• Maintain engagement from setup through initial piece approval.
• Drive process enhancements
• Develop setup documentation and specifications.
• Assist in resolving process-related challenges.
• Stay updated with advancements in cutting tool technology and workholding methods.

• Collaborate with Tool Crib
• Responsible for first piece approval
