We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team at K1 Speed, the nation's indoor electric karting leader. As a Mechanic, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance and safety of our state-of-the-art, high-speed electric go-karts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our fleet of go-karts to ensure they are in top working condition.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostic tests to identify and address any issues that may affect kart performance or safety.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts inventory, and special projects to ensure efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with the track crew to ensure seamless track operations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Perform closing duties to secure the pit and track areas and prepare for the next day's operation.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Weekends are a must, and you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Demands:
  • Standing over 2/3 of the time.
  • Walking over 2/3 of the time.
  • Lifting is required.
