The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Supply Chain Operations Leader to join our dynamic team. This role is situated within the Operations division and is focused on supply chain management rather than sales.

The ideal candidate will be solutions-driven, a champion for cross-functional collaboration, and dedicated to effective people management.

This individual will facilitate communication across various internal departments, including warehousing, inventory oversight, and finance, all with the goal of enhancing order fulfillment and invoicing procedures.

The Supply Chain Operations Leader will oversee weekly interactions with suppliers from our key retail partners, ensuring a smooth and mutually advantageous business relationship.

This role requires ensuring precise and efficient processing while addressing distribution challenges and working closely with inventory management and logistics teams.


This is a full-time position based at our headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
Provide strong guidance and support to team members, cultivating a positive and efficient work atmosphere.

Performance Oversight:
Establish clear performance objectives, offer constructive feedback, and conduct regular evaluations to promote individual and team development.

Develop supply chain strategies while analyzing data from shipping and delivery operations to identify bottlenecks and other challenges.

Manage the entire order lifecycle, ensuring accurate pricing, lead times, and special requirements are met.

Address internal and external customer inquiries and complaints related to the order-to-cash process.

Oversee logistics and maintain supply chain inventory records while identifying cost-effective solutions for supply chain operations.

Ensure compliance with legal standards and requirements in supply chain processes.


Act as the primary problem solver for daily supply chain issues, particularly those involving urgent orders and production timing challenges.

Drive expedited cash flow through collaboration with customers, finance, and other cross-functional teams.

Assist in resolving customer deductions promptly and proactively prevent order-related penalties.

Conduct regular meetings with key customers to discuss fulfillment timelines and manage any emerging issues effectively.

Work closely with Supply and Logistics teams to minimize discrepancies and address order-related challenges efficiently.


Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key metrics related to order processing, customer fulfillment, and overall operational performance.

Ensure timely and accurate entry and review of customer orders.

Facilitate discussions to prioritize order fulfillment based on customer needs and business objectives.

Monitor and report on essential metrics related to order fulfillment, including accuracy and timeliness.

Lead initiatives to address and resolve customer issues, ensuring prompt and satisfactory outcomes.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred

5+ years of experience in Supply Chain operations with at least 3+ years in a leadership role

Experience in Food, Beverage, and/or Consumer Packaged Goods is strongly preferred

Strong leadership and team management capabilities

Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives to support new business ventures and enhance operational efficiency

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams and external partners

Proficient in executing solutions and new processes to ensure an efficient operational system

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the use of pivot tables and data analysis tools

Ability to work collaboratively across functions and present summarized information to key stakeholders

Experience with Retail Link applications is strongly preferred

Familiarity with Luminate and NetSuite is preferred
