Speech Therapist Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in patients of all ages.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology, and be able to provide effective patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients' suitability for speech therapy and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Supervise Speech Language Pathologist Assistants and Clinical Fellows, when applicable.
  • Document patient progress and coordinate care with healthcare clinicians.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapies for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
Requirements & Expectations:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited program.
  • State licensure to practice as a Speech Therapist.
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations, including geriatrics and pediatrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

$85,000 - $110,000 per year.
